Karting lessons: pros and cons
Active recreation and sports are integral parts of many people’s lives, and karting is an excellent activity for training the body and getting rid of accumulated negative emotions. Unfortunately, not everyone fully understands how exciting it is to drive on the tracks on the map, and many are stopped from trying to get behind the wheel by the potential danger of racing at high speeds.
Advantages of karting classes
Making a choice in favor of this particular sport is motivated by:
the opportunity to start working at any age;
choosing a convenient training schedule taking into account work, study, household chores;
a chance to build a professional career as a racer;
many positive emotions from each drive;
improvement of cognitive functions of the brain – attentiveness, memory, as well as logical thinking;
acquiring like-minded friends;
introducing diversity into the usual pace of life;
prevention of depressive states.
Risks you may face
In addition to the advantages of karting, there are also disadvantages that deserve attention:
the possibility of injuries, both minor and serious, but all risks can be minimized if you use protective equipment and ride in good karts;
disappointment from losses – participating in competitions and not receiving prizes, athletes (especially children) may refuse to continue training;
financial costs – one visit to the karting center certainly does not hit the wallet hard, but a considerable amount is required for long-term training;
a large amount of time for training – racing sports lasts from 2-3 to 4-6 hours, taking into account the road to the karting and back.
